Instructions for oral and poster presentation

Abstracts (approximately 500 words, 1-2 pg) must indicate:

• Type of the presentation  (oral or poster)                  

• Session:

• Title:

• Author (s): The name of presenting author must be indicated as first. The name and address of the affiliation (s) must be also indicated.

• Abstract text: The abstracts must be suitable for publication in the conference proceedings and must contain information and data supporting the issues and the results presented (tables, diagrams, graphs, etc. can be used).

• Author Biosketch and (possibly) photo (passport size)

• Name and address of the corresponding author

The contribution should address one of the specific themes given below for each session.

Nanotechnology for Made in Italy:

• Textiles & clothing
• Footwear
• Foods
• Production systems
• Furniture
• In house lighting

Nanotechnology for the Preservation of cultural heritage

• Diagnostic
• Restoration

Abstracts and other written material related to the Conference are expected to be in English. Presentations can be in Italian or English. Simultaneous translation will be available

Only original material dealing with R&D are accepted. Commercial and promotional material will not be considered.

Applications must be forwarded by January 18^th 2008.

Acceptance of the presentation will be notified to the author by January 31^th 2008.

Authors are expected to be present at the conference and when notified of the acceptance of the paper they will be asked to register (at least one).
