EXHIBITING AT NANOTEC2008.IT

NANOTEC2008.IT will offer enterprises and public and private institutions the opportunity to promote their products/activities or their services with an exhibition inside the prestigious rooms of Palazzo Cavalli Franchetti, site of Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti.

The exhibition will be held from Tuesday to Friday, as well a the thematic conferences (March 11th-14th ). Exhibitions set up will start from Monday 10th

Totem and exhibiting structures will be located on the ground floor (Sala del Giardino) and mezzanine (Mezzanino)of Palazzo Cavalli Franchetti, very close to the plenary room (Sala del Portego). All the visitors will be able to visit the exhibition and talk to the representatives of each enterprise.
The conference organizers, Veneto Nanotech and AIRI/Nanotech.IT, will take care of the set up of all the structures (totem and exhibiting stands) in coordination with each exhibitor, creating a path with a strong graphic and visual  effect

EXHIBITING OPPORTUNITIES

Two options are available to exhibit at NANOTEC2008.IT and becoming protagonist of the conference

1) Descriptive Totem

1. Illustrative and descriptive material of the enterprise (10 pages A4 max.) will be distributed to all the visitors at their arrival (March 11th to 14th);
2. Descriptive Totem (size: 60x60 cm and 210 cm high) on which the enterprise will attach their posters through bi-adhesive;
3. 2 free registrations for all the conference days, including catering services;

The totem will be set up inside the rooms by the organizers of NANOTEC2008.IT; exhibiting enterprises will be responsible of realizing and printing the posters to cover the structure, following the given size indications. The posters will be attached with the bi-adhesive

COST: € 1.500 + 20% VAT
Further personalizations of the structure will be realized following the exhibitor requests.
Possible additional costs will be charged on the basis of each request.

2) Exhibiting structure (€ 2.500 + IVA 20%)

1. Illustrative and descriptive material of the enterprise (15 pages A4 max.) will be distributed to all the visitors at their arrival (March 11th to 14th);
2. Exhibiting structures will be provided with the exhibitor logo, descriptive texts, images and supports for objects/products. The organizers will set up the structure completed with all the above graphic elements. Exhibitors will have to send logos, images and texts by February 25th;
3. 3 free registrations for all the conference days, including catering services;

The exhibiting structure will be set up inside the rooms by the organizers of NANOTEC2008.IT. The organizers will be also responsible for printing the graphic elements sent by exhibitors by February 25th: logo, images, texts, product images.

COST: € 2500 + 20% VAT
Further personalizations of the structure will be realized following the exhibitor requests.
